I’m a designer with 10 years of experience. I cover the full product design practice, from exploring and defining problems with UX research to implementing design solutions. I have a keen interest in service design and business strategy. I’m driven to create impact through connecting user needs with business value.
I flush out use cases and scenarios. I design user flows, screen states, information architectures and navigation systems. My designs are informed by experiment data, analytics and usability testing. I work with Product Managers to form hypotheses and align on success metrics.
I make use of my graphic design background to obsess over aesthetics and typography when I’m designing accessible interface components and screens across multiple devices.

I conduct research to understand, explore and define problem spaces with generative and evaluative methods. I use research findings to inform product strategy, roadmaps and designs.
I map out the actors, online and offline touchpoints, and everything in between that enable a service to run. I surface questions and unknowns to address unhappy paths.
I scope, estimate, plan, oversee and deliver design work. I am flexible with my approach based on the nature of the project, timelines and team needs.
